Frequently Asked Questions

How do i book a party?

Fill out our online form and we will contact you to confirm availability.  We will then send you an invoice and party contract. Your party is confirmed when we receive your signed contract and the deposit has been paid. 

What is included in the price?

We do all the work!  On the day of your event we will deliver, set-up, and decorate. The next day we will return and pick everything up! The package includes one night.  Additional nights may be booked for an additional fee based on availability.

what is your cancellation policy?

We would prefer to reschedule your party. Your deposit becomes non-refundable if party is canceled less than 30 days in advance.

what is your damage policy?

You may lose all or part of your deposit for any damaged or stained item. We will go over an inventory list with you when we set-up and again at pick-up to note any such occurrences. An additional fee (equal to replacement value) may be charged to replace any lost or stolen items. 

How much space is required?

Each Bougie Bungalow is about 5 feet high, 3 1/2 feet wide, and 7 feet long. We can discuss configurations with you based on your room size.  We ask that the event area be cleared of any extra furniture, etc. before we arrive to set up your bungalows.

When is final payment due?

We require full payment a week before your event.  Adding additional Bougie Bungalows after this time is based on availability. Subtracting Bungalows less than 7 days before your event results in a $25 fee per Bungalow.

how long does it take to set-up?

It may take 1-2 hours to set up based on how many Bungalows you are using. There is an additional fee for larger parties (more than 10 Bungalows). We ask that you let the air out of the air mattresses before we arrive to clean up. 

do you have any special ways to customize my party?

Yes we do!  For an additional fee we can customize a special theme just for you! Or if you'd like some unique touches, visit our "add ons" page for information on custom name signs, shirts, pajamas, snacks, etc.

what else should i know?

Our Bougie Bungalows are for indoor use only.  We ask that you avoid serving snacks and/or beverages that could stain any of our items.

Bougie Bungalows are not just for kiddos! Adult sleepovers are always a great idea.

Our blankets and pillows are decorative.  Encourage your guests to bring their own sleeping pillow and blanket/sleeping bag.
